Hi Guys, I opened 3 accounts with lloyds vantage 2 months ago. They are all ok, topped up, and running, BUT, I still cannot login online.
I,ve phoned repeatedly, only to be told, it,s a technical problem they know about, and are trying to sort it.Not helpful at all.
Is anyone else having this problem?
2 months to sort a glitch is a long time, and I don,t like not being able to see my A/c, but can use the phone.

Fed up ringing them to get the same reply, they say several people have complained, but, just to keep trying;Haven,t noticed any complaints on here since I opened them.

It allows me to login, but says, cannot proceed,to accounts, Tech problem, then have to log out.
Just checked balance via phone, ok, but, pain to keep transferring interest via phone.TSB and BOS ok.
Weird.
Daughters coming tonight, might see if she uses twitter, cannot see going into branch helping, internet banking has nothing to do with them really. :beer:0 -
Hi L, never used Twitter before, they don,t have an e-mail address to complain to, like other banks, usually internal, but, no good if cannot login .

just spent 30 minutes again on the phone to technical guy, who says there,s a ongoing fault but don,t know when/if it will be fixed, so just keep trying ad infinitum.
good job I only wanted the a/cs for the 3% interest and not as a current a/c, proper.
useless.:mad:0 -

Good Techies aint they, it,s just people like me who have newly opened accounts, I think they are still using TSB server, and haven,t sorted their own yet?
they asked if I was TSB first, before the split..
I will just leave it, then move it when/if rates go up.
it,s just a parking spot for £15k, @ 3%.same as TSB ans BOS. Santander.0 -
Joe,
I had big issues with Lloyds CS last year, I've since switched banks!
I had my bank cards being sent to the wrong address constantly and also received a whole bunch of statements through with all my details but someone else's name on it!
Ironically I have a much better service from Halifax, £100 switching bonus and £5 a month reward on a current account and their part of the same banking group. Even before the 7 day switch policy I was able to switch within days.0 -

Just use Lloyds /Tsb/Bos to get the 3% interest rate on the £15k in each.
I wouldn,t entertain using them as a current A/c.
I,ve got Halifax etc.
Probably got a A/c with every bank, have to , to get any return on money these days.
Hsbc don,t pay any interest, but, I utilise all the others that do, such as Santander 123.( got 2 a/cs)
It would be very hard without internet banking though, to monitor them all, hence my gripe with Lloyds.
Thanks for reply.
Happy new year all.( except Lloyds):rotfl:0 -
Been with Lloyds since the beginning when they started online banking and
never have a problem logging on. Just tried and working fine.
Also found them to be an excellent bank and if there are any problems you may depend the customer has caused it in the first place or perhaps I am just lucky.0
