Eligibility:
5. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
7. There is 1x Prize available. The winner will receive one of the following Prizes depending on their selection at the point of entry:
• Cooking classes in Garmont, France
• Horse Riding in the Lake District
• Yoga retreat in Spain
8. The ‘Cooking classes in Garmont, France’ Prize includes:
a. Return flights for two people to Gramont, France

b. Fully Inclusive car hire for the duration of your stay

c. Gascony Weekend cookery course for two people. Features include:
d. 2 nights accommodation for two people
with Lunch and dinner on the Friday night for two people

e. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on the Saturday night for two people

f. Breakfast on the Sunday for two people

g. All cookery classes are spread over our two kitchens within the village of Gramont. One in the leading Auberge of the region and the other within the cookery school’s own Table d’hote.
h. Travel insurance
8.1 Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and France).
8.2 Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination.
8.3 Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest.
8.4 Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense.
8.5 At least one person must be over the age of 18 years.
8.6 Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.

8.7 Fully Inclusive car hire for the duration of your stay:
• Driver must be over the age of 25 and have held a full clean driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees.
• Driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of £500 available for security deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
8.8 2 nights accommodation for two people
is based on two people sharing a twin room.
8.9 All cookery classes are spread over two kitchens within the village of Gramont. One in the leading Auberge of the region and the other within the cookery school’s own Table d’hote.
8.10 Weekend cookery course is available on selected dates throughout the year from Friday – Sunday and is subject to availability at time of booking.
9 The ‘Horse Riding in the Lake District’ Prize includes:

• Return train travel for two people to Lake District

• Return private transfers from the station to the hotel

• 2 Nights accommodation at the 5 star luxury Armathwaite Hotel and Country House
• Full English Breakfast each morning for two people

• 3 course A la carte set dinner in The Lake View restaurant each night for two people
• Two -hour Riding lesson for two people

9.1 Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (UK). Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. At least one person must be over the age of 18 years.
9.2 Hotel is based on two people sharing a twin room with ensuite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis.
9.3 Dinner each night will be based on a 3 course set menu. Dress code: smart (no jeans/trainers). Special dietary requirements on request. Table reservations essential
9.4 Minimum age for horse riding is 8 years. Equipment hire including hats, boots and waterproofs. We recommend for you to wear outdoor clothing for weather conditions, warm gloves and long sleeve tops and comfortable stretch trousers for the riding lesson and hack. Lesson is for 2 hours on one day.

10 The ‘Yoga Retreat in Spain’ Prize includes:
• Return flights for two people to either Alicante or Valencia, Spain

• Return private transfers from the airport to the Retreat

• 4 night Yoga and Healthy Balance Retreat for two people. Includes:
• Dawn and Dusk yoga, meditiation and breathe better workshops
• Guided walks and bike rides

• Breakfast each morning
• An afternoon snack each day

• A 3 course dinner and a glass of wine
on 3 evenings.
• Travel insurance

10.1 Winner must be available between 10th and 14th April 2014.
10.2 Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination

11 All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them, taking into account any date restrictions.
12 The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative Prize.
