heres the quote just wondered if any npower customers have actually received/got anything yet
"Npower will pass on all three elements of the Government's savings onto all households, including those on fixed tariffs. Savings will also be passed on to tariffs currently on sale. "0 -

Guess we will have to wait and see0 -
I wonder if nPower company representative will post something about it here, since they have posted a few replys today,
or are have they been told to hold off on a response themselves, just like customer services haven't been told anything even tho its been a month since the announcement by the government
I noticed how quick they were to blame the government about the tax, yet when they cut it, they still haven't done anything about reducing and passing on the cuts0 -
yup just as I thought, I see nPower company representative have replied to a few questions today but avoids this one:),
Npower are tight lipped as to when (even tho it was reduced Last Month) they not so quick to reduce the levy after all the flak and blame they gave to the government are they0 -
I read yesterday that Scottish Power have now said that £38 will be taken off bills now this month for variable rate customers and the other £12 will follow in Autumn for all customers even fixed tariffs. Npower are being urged to do the same without delay.NittyGritty wrote: »yup just as I thought, I see nPower company representative have replied to a few questions today but avoids this one:),

yeah I rung customer services, even asked the complaints team (as I have a complaint with them) asked on twitter, and all Refuse to give a date,
its no wonder they are in a mess they are today with huge number of complaints. they not doing themselves any favours by hanging on and being probably the last of the big 6 to pass on the savings0 -
Where did you read that? I have only read that the price per kWh will be reduced (and no reduction to the standing charge).I read yesterday that Scottish Power have now said that £38 will be taken off bills now this month for variable rate customers and the other £12 will follow in Autumn for all customers even fixed tariffs. Npower are being urged to do the same without delay.
Why would you want npower to do the same? Why do you think this is better than other alternatives?0 -
I think he ment npower should follow suit with passing on the reductions, as they are one of the last few to do so0
