    Perhaps he's still within his 30 day notice period?

    It's certainly true that ex-customers can no longer change their MySky profile and preferences.

    As i still have my phone line and broadband with sky there for I still have an account. My tv finished at the start of December

    So you haven't cancelled at all then! You remain a customer and you'll be unlikely to get any offers about the TV anytime soon.

    Sky treat your tv separate from phone and broadband. As the last three years I have been given 50% off my tv while still having phone and broadband and the last year I had 50% off tv and a discount on my line rental, which is still on, running at the same time. So I expect that sky will contact me about the tv at some point

    Why not they have the last two years, i accept they may take a couple of month to do so but i will wait
