Did anyone get the £26 Full Monty Plan down to £16 around Aug2013 HELP!

I can changed my contract to a sim only plan in August 2013 to the full monty plan which was down to £16. I was on another plan paying £35. I was due an upgrade but as I didnt want a new phone but rather reduce what i was paying per month I was offered the Full month sim only plan which was on offer at £16. It was advertised on the site but I was also offered it over the phone when i called re my upgrade.
Ive had alot going on (health problems) and so didnt check. Beginning of Dec 13 i check my statements and saw I was being charged £26
As always after a lengthy conversation I was told that before my next bill someone would call to arange a refund and adjustment, and she agreed that I shouldve got it at £16.
That never happened.
I called TM just now and basically he said it was at £26 and he had checked with the team that create the offers.
I cant find any evidence to back up what Im saying.
Did anybody sign up for this at the time? It was the august offer and not the January one?
