Yes I have spoken to the PR and unfortunately there has been a delay. We are trying to rectify it and send out replacements as soon as possible, but as of yet they have not been posted. I will let you know when they have been dispatched.

That's ridiculous, when you think that they put that post on Facebook about a month ago saying "everything had now been posted" - what a lie!!!

Hmm still waiting on my Demi Lovato nail polish. I had an email on monday from Rachael and she said they'd all now been dispatched and most people on here got them last weekend so i wonder why mine is taking so much longer. I'm still waiting for two nail varnishes - a Red Glitter one by Sally Hansen and a Red Varnish by Nicole by OPI.....has anyone received these please? Thanks :-)

I tweeted both stella and elemis and got a reply from Rachael within hours(previously she ignored 7 emails) and got my product within a week. (Dont think elemis were too impressed with the lax responses from Stella). So if anyone is still waiting might be worth tweeting BOTH stella and the relevant company in the same tweet.0
