that strikes me as odd, because every other Stella giveaway I've heard of, the prize comes direct from the company in question not Stella - so you'd expect a TiGi prize to have been sent out by TiGi!!!

I'd email Rachael Dove again and ask HER to chase it up with TiGi seeing as you've had no joy with them.

I just had a reply from Rachel after 3 ignored emails and a 14 day wait from my last email! Still waiting on my HeShi that she is finally going to look into for me
