    Agree totally with 4CR.

    Press the Braehead management hard, but make absolutely no contact with UKPC, continue to ignore, because in Scotland they can only pursue the driver - and the RK is under no obligation whatsoever to name the driver.

    So, to reiterate, vent your wrath on Braehead and under no circumstances contact UKPC.

    Yup, contacting the centre/retailer is often the best way to deal with an Equality Act breach like this as once informed, they can be held jointly/equally responsible for their PPC's actions - And they tend to backpedal fast when that risk raises its head. :)

    And yes, don't bin any letters, keep them just in case. :)
