    Hi

I received one of these and was disgusted and so I went into the store B&M where I was parked, (as their car park is managed by Parking Eye) and told the Manager of the store what had happened. He gave me contact details of the person who is charge of the company at their HQ. he contacted parking Eye on my behalf and Parking Eye sent me my chq back for £50, which I foolishly paid. I learnt my lesson.

Do not ignore if in England/Wales!

I have just put your post right to suit the correct advice for the past year...

    Hi All,
I have received a response from POPLA, just wondering if this is the standard response as below,

    'We have received your appeal.
This will now be sent to ParkingEye Ltd. The operator will send their evidence to us and to you before the scheduled date of hearing.
Your appeal will be considered on or soon after x Month 2014.
You will be notified of the decision as soon as it is available, in the manner you selected.
    Yours sincerely,'

    I hope this is normal??

    Hi jackel430

Please see my thread i.e. my post number 19, posted yesterday, where I have result with all charges now cancelled!

You may wish to pursue it yourself and perhaps write to the legal owner of the land / property? If PE or the clinic refuse to disclose the rightful legal entity / owner of the land / property in question where you parked, then you may wish to acquire it from Land Registry's website via search for 'Title Register' at a cost of £3.00 only which will give the owner contact name & address that you can write & appeal direct to them to instruct their appointed contractor to cancel all charges?

Search for owners details etc via Land Registry online is open to everyone, regardless if you are owner or not, or if you just wish to acquire information for your personal needs.

    All the best wishes!
