My point is why would someone of his age who is supposedly a multi-millionaire want to be bothered with things like challenging a council department over council tax for one of his empty properties? Why isn`t he sitting in the South of France sunning himself? IMO it is because he can`t sell his properties, never will at the price he needs, and is worth zero after the banks take what he owes them.

I can tell you exactly why, because your mind doesn't stop functioning just because you are rich, that really is a chav approach to life that you have. If you won the lottery, say £3m tomorrow, would you really drop absolutely everything (obviously some things would fall by the wayside) that you already do, is your life really that bad? If so, I feel really sorry for you.

I don't sit in the South of France sunning myself because I have more important things to do with my life (at the moment).

Chucky, you have been reading too much Rich Dad Poor Dad, or maybe Ben Sweetland? As usual your little interpretation of the facts doesn`t engage with what I said. I said why would you bother with the hassle of tenants, councils and council tax demands if you could cash in your houses for money, and do something else? Quite simply because he can`t cash in his houses, and is stuck in a trap of voids, council tax demands, and bad press releases. Last time I checked you can still be in the South of France and lead an active mental/financial life. If Fergus had engaged his brain some years ago he could have cashed out, paid off his bankers, and maybe had some left. Now I doubt he will even break even. You sound like a half educated chav to me, and Fergus is King of the Chavs even on a good day :rotfl:You should stop being Fergus`s fanboy IMO, he is not a good role model.

I did actually address your point, but the problem is that you aren't intelligent enough to understand my response, and given your age, I don't think that you ever will be.

Fergus Wilson is OBVIOUSLY extremely wealthy, if you can't see that then you are even more stupid that I thought you were.

EDIT: I sound like a half educated chav to you? I have a first class honours degree in quantity surveying , I am a chartered quantity surveyor, I'm a senior lecturer at a university and teach quantity surveying, what do you do, and what are your qualifications?

I am qualified to get a response out of you on the internet (even although you said you had stopped replying to me :T) and Fergus Wilson is OBVIOUSLY over leveraged and in trouble, and if you can`t acknowledge that you are OBVIOUSLY a multi-ID Troll who borrowed too much

You are way off mark regarding the Wilsons, but I'll let that go for the minute, because you seem to have overlooked this part of my post:

If you want to pretend to have intelligent conversations as part of your online identity, you should stop using pop psychology wealth clich!`s, OK?

Nobody is pretending anything here, but someone seems reluctant to disclose some information, I wonder why?

What do you do, and what are your qualifications? Is it really that embarrassing that you can't say?

Do you think that being a University lecturer (cough cough) is impressing anyone? No wonder you aspire to be like Fergy, he was some sort of lecturer before he started changing light bulbs wasn`t he?

Have you paid no attention whatsoever to the housing market in the last 5 years, especially in the south east, I'd don't think there's a mortgage interest rate on the market that would make it possible to become overleveraged :rotfl:
