Property developers are getting 'upbeat' about Thamesmead, Plumstead etc where there are some period properties/houses that they think will come up in price dramatically over the next few years. Charlton's prices have gone skyrocketing lately too. Woolwich is getting the DLR. Stratford though.....is Stratford (no offence to any residents). There are some areas that just stay horrible.
SE London though has doubled in certain areas since I've been here (end 05) and I missed the boat big time by not buying a house back then. What was £380k or so back then is now at £550 - 650 and it makes me vomit.
Dumb dumb pigeon (pigeon is a gullible moron in french slang)....the last London price crash was when I sold my tiny house in SW11 in the 90s. It is now worth 6x what I got for it. It has a 'garden' of 10ft x 10ft.
    Where's that sick bucket???????
Repeat after moi: London is INSANE. In any font you like.
