WiFi has been off for a few days whilst Sky take over from O2, so i haven't been able to update my spend s. I will add precise amounts to sig have added Fridays, just couldn't post for some reason. I have spent roughly ...

    £3.40 Co-op

    To add to sig :
£13 odd in Morris*ns on fruit,a few choc packs for weekend and pack lunch ,milk, YS mixed rolls (15p - bargain) and Quorn pieces.
£3 odd on loads of YS bread in C*-*p - two packs of wraps, one muffins, one rolls and one Warbies, two packs of lemon and poppyseed muffins. Then 99p on broken biscuits (waste of money as hardly anything in them).

Has anybody got any nice recipes to use up two manky lemons and a lime please?

Not much to add from me but I wanted to say I've had a weekend on NS days...don't think I've ever done that!
  • NSD again for me today :) I brought some lentil and tomato soup in to work, with some nuts for a snack. Went very well, and I wasn't too hungry either :)

  • Good morning, ladies! Had a NS weekend here with a lovely woodland walk yesterday. I made the much anticipated chilli nachos on Saturday. It included toetilla chips, HM chilli, HM refried beans, HM guacamole and soured cream. It was delicious! (I've got a photo but don't know how to put it on here...)

Off to the gym and then my weekly shop. I want to keep it below £16 today.

    Have a great Monday everyone!

Feeling very brave to confess my spiralling grocery costs. Last month, I've just recalculated we spent £469/£380 . I lost my will a bit and look what happened!! Not very impressed even if this is for my family of 2 adults and 4 growing children.

At least you know how much you spent. I spent around the same and we're only 2 adults and a 2 year old (and a bump on the way). Hope this makes you feel a little better and at least this month, we're both trying to keep in under better control :)

You know I really don't no how you guys do this for so little! My last post I said I had spent £50 which I did but I keep thinking what about next week? As my meal plan is based on a lot of stuff we had in...in fact 5 out of 7 meals is & we didn't even get any extra drink stuff this week just orange squash...I can see this epically failing... :(
