I can't get my sig line to show. It shows ok when I amend it and look at preview but not here on the page. Please can someone advise.
Just popped up. I unticked the box and then ticked it again so must have been stuck.
I can see it, showing fine now.GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £123.74/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. Morning - have done my meal plan from what we now have in and it takes us up to 15 or 16th February - depending if the eggs are edible!!
We also had HM cottage pie last night but with mashed carrots Florenceem and a spare one has gone in the freezer. Another new favourite is Corned beef hash with beans (in the dish) - off the Beeb website http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/304609/corned-beef-hash-cheap-meal
Think I'll make some blueberry muffins today - thanks for the idea. They are really good deal in Mr A*di.
It is now looking good for lasting the whole month as we are again away for at least three days perhaps more.
Keep up the good work.July 16 £95/£200

hi good to see you all doing so well I asked on another thread but got no reply , I was wondering if anyone on here would have a recipe for burger baps I cant seem to get mine to be anything only heavy dense rolls I would be grateful if anyone could help thank-you! small shop of 7 quid in land of poond today got onion sets and milk and few other things.shall deffo be in for a few nsd in next few days as I not leaving the house son aged 10 has a bug so he housebound so am I. don't care too blummin cold good luck all and if anyone can give me bread recipe that would be great thanks xxx
I just make a tray of buns as normal but before I prove them I dip 4 of them in to sesame seeds.
Cook as normal but the second I get them out of the oven I wrap the 4 burger ones in cling film or a carrier bag. This makes them in to a soft bun instead of crispy. We then have the rest as normal.£36/£240

Well I'm way way over where I wanted to be at this early stage in the month, leaving me £60 for the rest of Feb if I want to meet my target. My aim now is to keep away from the supermarket as much as I can. We really shouldn't need anything until the weekend. And we have enough in the freezer to hopefully last all month. There are three days this month when we are all away and three when my girls are, so that should have a grocery bill lowering effect!
I think that as I have managed to feed us very well and buy all cleaning/toiletry supplies for a good while on £200 a month, I am not doing as well as I could in taking it to the next level, £200 is so much lower than I've always spent. I'm going to rein it in as much as I can this week and take it from there.0
