Well to me I think it was because I dident what it and dident need it, I was told I hade to take it to obtain the mortgage, I told the mortgage adviser at the time I dident what MPI, they also told me it had to run concurrent with the mortgage to that means I could not cancel it. The FOS agreed with me on that point, but they say I would of benefited from having the insurance, if I had to use it because I was insured for £300 a month, the mortgage was only £220,they also said the building society have a right to protect there investment.

If you did need it to obtain the mortgage deal then that was allowed. That is not a mis-sale. If you didnt need it and it was a lie then it is wrong but it is also one of the weakest complaints going as almost certainly you have no evidence to support your allegation.

I dont know how they can agree with an unprovable allegation (if it wasnt needed) unless they mean they agree that you were forced to have to get the deal.

That is correct and lenders are allowed to insist on insurance. It is only an issue when it is not the case but you are told it is.

Time not to see any side of the complaint, which was not found in your favour. You've already exhausted every available complaint channel, so no point continuing to discuss it here.
