Anybody else waiting in anticipation for NEXT delivery??

Last night I ordered an item online from Next to be delivered to store.
Next day delivery to be collected after 12pm today.
Got an email a few hours later to say there was a 'delay' with the order & it wouldn't be in store until late next week now.

First time I have encountered this tbh.

Well my Next order has turned up today, ready to be collected in store, only took from 25th December to arrive. I'm just glad I didn't pay for delivery but this is the first time it's happened to me with Next

Now to track down my Debenhams order....

I've just received three items of my order.

One day after the third delivery date given so far!

Still, at least it seems to be arriving slowly now.

The courier turned up, as promised, to collect the returns, so I have ordered something else, and it says it will be here tomorrow - have to wait and see!

I don't shop in Next, but I was out walking mutt today and one of my neighbours had a pale blue cardboard package sitting outside his house which said something like Next directory 2013/14 on it. It looked to me like he hadn't been in and the delivery driver had left a Next order sitting on the doorstep.

Defo a catalogue, I had one delivered Thursday night.
I was in but the delivery guy or whoever it was just left it on my front door step & stuffed a note through the door saying it was on doorstep.
Obviously they don't bloody knock so your neighbour may have actually been in but the delivery guy was probably bone idle to even do that.

I had next deliver loads of times each time leaving everything on the door step. After two expensive parcels I had enough and told them they must stop doing this and deliver to a neighbour (as per instructions) if not in. The 3rd time my neighbour WAS in and they did it again. So I managed to get credit onto account as goodwill and promise that future deliveries will not left on the step. Well we see my delivery should've arrived Saturday so it should go to my neighbour sometime this week. They should've at least send an email out explain all deliveries are now being delayed instead of me requesting a call back to find out.
