Not transferring the phone line? You maybe limits on the offers.

Most will want you to take the landline and call packages with them. BB from £2.99 with the right call package.

Broadband is exchange specific-there is no universal 'cheapest'.
Cheapest method shouldbe an LLU provider offering a bundle of line rental, calls and broadband.

Sky's full price is £15, less £5, if you take their line rental and £2.50 for tv . Have you not been made an offer to migrate ?

I was in the same position as you the other day. I phoned sky, and their first offer was broadband down £5 a month. I do have sky tv, but if you don't it will be £2.50 more.

I actually got a deal I was happy with in the end…. Unlimited Broadband, line rental, and anytime calls for £12.50 a month plus £75 credit.

12 month contract, and sky told me to ring up in 12 months time and get another deal (which is what I do anyway).

What data allowance do you want?
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?
