Is not just the risk of going bust/closing you need to consider when choosing a cloud storage/backup service to use.
Remember 'Megaupload' - closed down and the servers siezed by the USA juctice/law enforcement agencies due to alleged violations of the law.
so as well as loosing and access to your data any personal data stored on there is being sifted though by the FBI etc at the moment.
Hopefully in this case there will data stored locally on the USB part of the dongle as I presume it operated by backing up to the cloud servers - which have now gone.0
