Line Rental for Bt infinity

Not sure if anyone can help me.
I have BT infinity and a phone line from BT. I rarely use the phone and so only have it as I need a phone line for the infinity.
Can I get the phone line rental from someone else other than bt to save money? Or do I have to keep it with bT?

Agree with Quentin. BT used to offer this option, but they then pushed the price of ones fibre contract up to £32 a month.0

No, but you can get FTTC and line rental from another provider, instead of Infinity-it's just the same resold BTW product.
Plusnet is the obvious non-LLU provider, check samknows.com for your LLU options.No free lunch, and no free laptop
