I used a the code *2767*3855# on my new samsung e370 to unlock it like it said on other website my phone said FULL EROM reset please wait then the phone reset and it asked me to put my simcard in so i put my simcard in powered it back on and now all i get is a white screen.

Could this be because my battery is flat? Or is my phone broken and need fixing?.

I need help asap if its broken i wont get a charger for it until i can get it repaired.

Full eeprom resets are never a good way to unlock the phone, they can cause over heating which will break the phone, you may be lucky and it may be a software fault, if so your phone will need reflashing. This can be done at most phone shops, but explain what has happened before you ask for it to be re-flashed, to unlock this model by an unlocking clip off ebay for around £4 then re-sell the clip on ebay.

I hope the phone can be fixed. If not i will be well gutted. I swapped it for my k700 today.

It may just be the flat battery it powers on gets half way through playing the startup music then plays different music then the screen goes white which makes me think its the power off music.

the first time i powered it on after full erom reset it just said insert sim so thats what i did then it just did the above.
