Crikey, the OP was only asking for advice if they needed it.

I completely understand how frustrating something like this is. Come on, we all know.

For a start there's the days holiday you need to take off work, as no on can ever give you an accurate delivery time. Now there is another day.

Then there's the 10 weeks the OP has already had to wait, no doubt having had to pay for the sofa 10 weeks ago.

Yes mistakes do happen, but that doesn't mean that it should be at the cost of the OP.
