Unbilled Usage Advice
Hi guys, logged into my T-Mobile account for the first time in a while.
Noticed that I have around £185 in unbilled usage for going 400 minutes over my plan.
A good amount of the minutes allocation seem to be from rounding up 2 second calls (when reaching an answering machine) to 1 minute.
Not sure there's much I can do really. If anyone has any tips, please let me know.
If not, just be careful, as going over your plan is anti-money saving
