Orange / EE unable to send or receive MMS messages
I'm after some advice on where I stand with an issue I'm having with Orange / EE as they are these days.
So, some time ago I realised my iPhone is unable to send or receive MMS messages. Not a massive problem but something that's really annoying. When I send them, I just get a 'Not Delivered' message. When I receive them I get a link to view them online with a password.
Orange's advice was to reset network settings... didn't work
Upgrade to iOS 7... didn't work
Resetting network settings after iOS 7 Upgrade... didn't work
I'm lucky enough to have an iPhone provided by work, so I swapped the SIM cards over. The work SIM can send MMS messages, the personal one can't - in either handset.
So I called orange and went through this with them, and they sent a new SIM card out. Didn't work.
I called again on 20th December, and went through everything again. I was told it was being logged as a single user fault, and I would get a call back within 48 hours... and it's still not working
I'm tempted to tell them where to stick it, but my 24 month contract runs until October...
Any advice what I should do now?
