It doesn't look pretty but that's because I've paid my OD off with 0% and given myself a bit to keep me in the clear. I'm not spending it, it's just a buffer (Current. Also we've been on holiday and it includes the spends from that.
Had a lovely time away - a much needed break. I'm dreading going back into the office tomorrow, back in there full time from next week((((( which will be such a shock to the system. Today, work wise, I'm catching up on emails and getting ready for tomorrow.
I'm getting all the washing done and out the way before I go back and the suitcases back in the loft and the house as neat and tidy as it was to go to on holiday!
Missed the horses so much whilst away - the big girl's fine but little one is like a barrel and his crest is a hard and full so he's now living in and I'll have to get a (cheap?) grazing muzzle I think. Once he's back down to a non dangerous size and his crest is ok I'll have to figure out how to manage it. I loved him living out. We don't have a paddock that I can use where the grass is down though
Right, best get on.

Found a grazing muzzle for £15 in local tack shop so that will do nicely. More than I wanted to pay but means I can have it now (not like me!)
New bridle will have to wait for now - might be a nice xmas present maybe. His head's so small I'm a bit limited.
Getting through the washing nicely. I might skip ironing and just put it awayDebt - CCV £3792

Morning world
Struggling this morning so much! I'm back in the office and it's hit me like a tonne of bricks. It's only 3 days this week, full time next week, so god only knows how I will be next week. We had a safety meeting this morning (I work for a big company, lots of compulsory meetings to have to meet checks) and I was thinking how I just go with the flow and have no true interest in those types of meetings.
It's also my long day here today so that's difficult plus I don't know where to make a start.
On a positive note I made a salad and have fruit etc so NSD. Tonight is chicken, sweet potatoes and brocolli. I will make a soup whilst I am there, leek and potato as I have ran out of thai paste and garlic so I can't do a spicy one.
Still haven't managed to get all the washing done and away - there's so much of it. I'll aim to get that done tonight to help clear my mind.
I have an awful feeling too that the year's slipping away and I'm not getting anywhere money wise. I've only reduced my balance by a couple of grand overall depsite paying thousands!
So now I am back from holidays I'm going to start knitting again as not done any for a few weeks, revising for my BHS Stge 1 which I'm hoping to take later in the year, Christmas shopping to avoid spending too much at the time (will start with parents then DH) and continuing to get the house decluttered and organised. For the last point I will start with the household paperwork as it seems to be scattered all over. This involves tackling a cupboard which I avoid like the plague and dread anyone going in.
Starting to feel a bit better now that I'm getting a plan formulated. Today, at work I will check some reports I've been advised were wrong and see how much work's involved to right them and start testing for another area which I'd prepped pre hols so that's the plan for work. At home I will do tea and spend time with kids whislt it's on (30 mins ish) then I will pop them in bath and put the washing /ironing away and have another load on. When they're bathed and in bed I will start on the cupboard. Then working 8-10, make packed lunches, walk dog and flake!
At the weekend I would like to pait the front door - it's tatty as anything and will spruce up the front no end.Debt - CCV £3792
