More silly stuff?
Setting an unrealistic tariff (which requires full agreement to be valid) is again mirth-makng, and unlikely to be taken seriously. As agreement is required, and try believe they are chasing a valid debt, it makes sense to provide them with any relevant facts they nay need to identify their mistake - and conclude by noting there is nothing further to add and this will be your last correspondence on this matter.
Factual, and to the point - and if it goes to court, clearly stares your position without drama or hyperbole. By all means add tv at your interests will be protected and any costs incurred by you to this end will be recovered from them without further notice.
Polite, and without doubt you'll not be messed with.0 -
can they mess up my credit record without taking me to court? he also mentioned the option of defaulting this debt which will leave a permanent mark on my credit report.0

Gunner, If it doesn't have a Court stamp or Claim Number or Issue date and has DRAFT stamped down the middle then it is fake. This is usual Unicom procedure and many people have received similar fake summons.0

That's not a county court proceedings notice - it's just a !!!!!!!! letter that they have written themselves. Doesn't actually say anything more than they have already told you on the phone- just tries to make it sound more official.
Keep a copy of this letter. Assuming you have already informed (ideally in writing) them that you are not liable for the debt, they are starting to cross the line a bit. Don't worry about it - in fact, if I were you I'd be hoping that they keep sending stuff like this!0 -
I went police station they said report it to action fraud and till this day action fraud havent responded.
I'm not sure what you mean by this. Have you reported it to Action Fraud? There is a hotline, you can do it on the phone and they will give you a crime reference number immeditely.
If you mean teams of policemen haven't leaped into action to interview people and prosecute them about this, well I am afraid probably after your report nothing much will happenBut from your point of view, you have now a valid crime ref number to give to the creditor.

This is what an unofficial / fake 'Court Summons' Claim Form looks like. No Court Stamp, no Claim No. no Issue Date and no Court Address. In addition, a genuine Claim Form would be send by the court - not by the company.0
