DRP are mere debt collectors, they can't take you to court, they can't send the boys round, all they can do is send you letters (they even try to make them look scary by putting some of the text in red!). So you can safely ignore them.

The only people who can take you to court are Highview, the landowner or the legal representative acting on the part of either. But if you do get court papers, then do not ignore these - you must come back here straight away for further advice. Highview are pretty tame in this regard (although this isn't a guarantee of how they will behave in future).

Meantime press on with your complaint to the landowner.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You got it. DRP and Zenith letters are shown in the NEWBIES thread and in 'PPC Letter Chains' (another sticky thread). The letters mean nowt. :)

But aim the complaint at the Pizza Hut Manager first, not the landowner/managing agents yet.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

NO - make another complaint - go to head office if necessary.
If Pizza Hut was part of a retail complex - try googling it and find out who owns/manages it - make a complaint there also.
