No they have tried to suggest that I have been rejected due to evidence that I am not the named driver (not true) and that I have 14 days to pay or name driver or ask for a POPLA code. tactics as Coupon Mad suggests they are trying to trip people up.

I had no intention of naming the driver, their letters are so generic and transparent. I feel sorry for anybody who gives in - of whom I would have been one without all your help:T

I shall find the appeals and go forth!:D

tell them you have nothing further to add and demand a popla code

also put a complaint in to the BPA if you wish as it should not be going on for this long AND the BPA sent them all a recent newletter telling them they all have to issue popla codes with any rejections

they are stalling , they arent always sending in evidence packs for this car park to popla either, they also always lose at popla for the peel centre too
