  • I just had worrying thought after i sent my appeal. Do i need to be sending off forms of evidence to support my case?

should be 5 to 8 weeks for the decision date

the only evidence you need to supply is anything supporting your case , like photos or copies of receipts etc
  • Thanks Redx, I was starting to panic as I'd not gone out and gathered evidence.

Okay so I have just received a copy of the evidence from CP Plus. It is 45 pages long, would there be any merit for me scrubbing out the specifics and trying to upload it for reference?

Having a look through they have included about 3 pages for arguing the GPEOL point. They dedicate a paragraph to maintaining the ANPR equipment, explanation of cost of enforcing T&C's and determining costs. The last one was interesting as they have documented two methods of determining costs - 1st: determining the quantum of damage on a case basis and 2: determining the quantum of charges though liquidated and ascertained damages.

To be honest I have absolutely no idea if the evidence is in their favour or mine but I am happy to upload it if it would be useful to the cause.

No need. You will still win with GPEOL.

Whoopee I won my appeal on the grounds of no genuine loss. Thank you so much, I cannot thank you enough. Is there any info that I can send over to help the cause?

Well done. Please post your POPLA result wording (including the assessor's name) into the POPLA Decisions thread.
