The two words equal and rights. Google is your friend.

I don't have any friends named Google.
Here's two words you should learn, when used in the same context.
    Positive Discrimination :)

Your assuming alot there but never mind that. The point being equal; ie the same. It is what it is.

No assumptions at all - what do you think disabled parking spots are for?!
Able and non-able bodies persons can be equal whilst still accommodating for those with greater needs.

It's clear though your little head can't comprehend this

Equal rights has bug-ger all to do with it. It's to enable a disabled person to perform everyday tasks a little easier, tasks for which you or I take for granted.

And accomadating is inclusive upto the point where you exclude others, in this case any one without a blue badge.

Do you not have impersonating a police officer to busy your self with?

It is you that misunderstands. In this context the correct phrase is equal opportunities. This term recognises that some face barriers to living a 'normal' life, and adjustments need to be made to enable everyone to be put on a level playing field. Equality is not about treating everyone the same, it is about giving everyone the same opportunity.

No misunderstanding and the correct phrase is the one I wrote-hence why i wrote it. But yes having the spaces gives oppotunities, and very probbably rightfully so.
