Highway Parking Ltd & Lease Car Company

Really appreciate some help on how to deal with this.
I have done some research that suggests I should not admit being the driver, however this is a lease car and I am not the registered keeper. I would like to challenge this but not sure who to write to, can I still request a POPLA code?
Is there an email address for Highway Parking Ltd, is this the best course of action?
I intend to email the CEO of Tescos and other shops in the retail park that I purchased goods from at the time.
I received an email with only front page scanned from my lease company for a notice from Highview parking. I asked the lease company to scan and send me the rear of the notice so that I could appeal/dispute this. The lease company was unable to do this and said they have send this in the post to me.
I have now returned to work to find out that I have three notices ( I didnt get a copy of the reminder from the lease company). I also confirmed with the lease company that they have sent Highway my details as I have been nominated.
I would like to dispute this, but have I left it too long. The lease company is now asking me to contact or settle the debt within five working days. Who do I contact, the amount requested is now £125
I have received a charge notice, forwarded on to me from my lease car provider.
This is a company car
I have received:
1) Charge Notice for Violation
2) Reminder issued
3) Legal Action Pending issued

it is probably pranksters favourite, HIGHVIEW , not highway
plenty of info and links in the sticky thread at the top of the forum, titled NEWBIES - READ THIS FIRST , so please read it
ps:- as the lease company gave out the drivers details, you deal with it as driver, yes you can appeal and ask for a popla code if they dont cancel it, but they may say you missed the boat !
complain to the landowner regardless0 -
Actually - this all may be needless busy work, as spending on the lease they may pay any demand and simply add it to the corporate account, and if this happens, you can forget about seeking a refund.
I'd seek this information from the leasing company ASAP as anything else doesn't matter if they settle (as the RK).0 -
I will contact the lease company tomorrow morning. The LC has given me 5 working days from today to advise them on if I intend to settle or dispute the fine.
Have I lost my chance of appeal as I have now received the third letter from Highview Parking Ltd?
I have read so many threads, I am a little confused. I will read the sticky suggested tonight.
Really appreciate the advise so far.0 -
its different if in england and wales
so yes , read that NEWBIES sticky thread , then decide what comes next according you your country , do not rely on advice for scotland if you are in E+W !!0 -

As far as I can see you have received NO letters if they have all been sent to the Lease Co. When exactly did the Lease co. tell Highview who the driver was - and importantly, did the Lease co. give your postal address for service of a Notice to be sent to you direct? When did they do this?I would like to dispute this, but have I left it too long. The lease company is now asking me to contact or settle the debt within five working days. Just tell them, in writing or by email (not over the phone) that you will be disputing it. And if they did NOT yet write giving your 'name and address for service' then they have actually failed to follow due process, not you. This is what the Lease firm should have done:

Did they do a letter like that? If so it's no longer the Lease Co's business and you should be sent your OWN Notice in the post, by Highview.
Do complain to Tesco as well, either to the Store Manager in person or by phoning the Tesco CS number for starters. If you get a wet-behind-the-ears numpty trying to brush it off as nothing to do with Tesco, just put the phone down and ring the same number again - it's a big old call centre so be assertive and get a decent person to cancel it or to refer the complaint to the Store Manager. Tell Tesco this is harassment - which is a crime - and it IS their problem as Highview are Tesco's agents.
Look, it works if you are assertive and complain to the right person at Tesco, these examples lifted from the 'Successful Complaints' sticky thread:
