Highview / Tesco Parking "FINE"

I recently got a letter from Highview advising me that I had over stayed my welcome in a Tesco car park.

I phoned Tesco and they gave me the telephone number of the "Tesco help Line" and told me to express my concerns to them.

I spoke to a nice lady who asked me all the details of what happened on the day in question. She then asked if I had used my tesco clubcard on the day? Fortunately I had so I could prove I had actually shopped in their store.

She informed me that on this occasion they would get my parking charge cancelled for me. Result!!

I don't think this would help if you hadn't actually shopped in their store but well worth a try.
