Here' a thought:

Those who tried 'WIND' (as in 'there was a gust of wind') - perhaps it was meant to be 'WIND' (as in 'to wind someone up'). Might be worth trying again with the 2nd version?

But are you sure Butlins is open for family holidays on the term time dates you wanted? Many of the term time dates are now Tots only or other such stuff...
