To be honest, to get the holiday you want the Daily Mail holiday offer a much better selection IMO. Also booking directly with breakfreeholidays is worth a look.

It is possible but IT guys won't want to be called out early on a Sunday morning to fix it if something goes wrong. I would be pretty confident that the website is now fully functional.

Not without some serious hacking - i.e the very illegal type. It's all server-side script so nothing you can 'fudge' like just turning off javascript etc (like those sites that 'stop' you from saving images by blocking a right-click...)
