My LLoyds TSB PPI claim is at the point where my Financial Onbudsman forms are about to go in the post, i have statements retrieved under data protection act but LLoyds say they don't have the original policy document any more.
does the onbudsman need this policy number to proceed or will my 6 years of statements suffice?

The ombudsman doesnt really need anything extra from you as one assumes you have already supplied this to Lloyds. it is only if you have new information that supports your complaint and Lloyds are disregarding that you want to supply.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
