If they are shipping today, (even though their website stated that they are closed) you should hopefully get your items within the next couple of days.

They cancelled by ordered items as stated in my post and debited £138.00 from my account!.... Nothing was shipped

Refunds do tend to take time.

You've called them 'a scam to get peoples money' very unfairly.

Well that's how they have presented themselves to me - I ordered - received confirmation and even a despatch email then I receive a cancellation that nothing was in stock and I had to chase them for a refund because they debited my card for goods not shipped - if they had not debited my card I wouldn't think that. They had held onto my £138.00 and I had to chase them for it - wasn't easy!

Poor customer service can also sometimes work in your favour. I ordered a necklace from the Jewel Hut last year for my partner for Valentine's Day. I received two necklaces from them in seperate packages. I have emailed them twice now to ask them to send me an envelope so I can return the extra necklace ( £90 Pandora ). I am still awaiting a response !

I guess my partner will be getting the same necklace again this year
