Confirm orders and despatch...

Then debit your money and cancel your order without refunding it.

This company is awful and I have had no response from them.

Am currently awaiting a refund without any joy.

Since 26/12.

My order totalled over £100.00 and to have this not refunded yet means I can't purchase elsewhere.

Company hasn't even acknowledged me.

May have to start a visa dispute as I am getting no where!

I saw the sale advertised on HDUK before people commented what an awful company this was!!!

They have a month to refund you, although I agree that it's a) worrying that you can't contact them and b) a long time to wait.

Thanks I just find it insulting that the jewel hut has basically robbed me of my money without sending me what I ordered because 'every item was out of stock'...

I ordered pretty early on and a selection of things I suspect they didn't actually have anything in stock in the first place!!!

This is just a scam to get peoples monies. I worked hard to treat myself to some new bits after Christmas and now it's been ruined.

Definitely avoid this company.

I ordered from them last month,bought a Pandora charm.

It was showing as dispatched before it was (due to it being a weekend and being ready to go) but it arrived on the due date no problems.

I did contact them to ask them to confirm it had been sent due to Royal Mail showing it as not received(it was,Royal mail have been awful with tracking) and The Jewel Hut emailed me back within 24 hours.

There have only been 4 working days since the 26th - give them a chance.

If they are shipping today, (even though their website stated that they are closed) you should hopefully get your items within the next couple of days.

To update you all

Received an email of apology for their error and a refund has been sent so should get within 5-10 working days they said.

They never had anything in stock in the sale it seems...

Won't be using them again having had £138.00 debited without any items - now praying it goes in quickly so can purchase from another website the items in the sale.... Or even go into a store.

Just wouldn't use these people again & have had nothing but a nightmare trying to get a refund.
