It works the same with boots However, on a cold icy day, tucking your trousers and jacket inside your gloves & boots will keep you warmer as the cold is kept from entering.

Funny you should say that Keith, his feet were a bit on the damp side too, lol.

He's just back and the bloke in the shop told him to take the gloves back and he'll swap them since they got soaked like that. OH told him he wasn't really complaining and was just querying it but the guy seems really decent and is keen to help.

We've just spent a fortune in his shop and I suspect he's keeping us sweet as he knows I'm going to have to be kitted out shortly too......watch this space for more simple questions when it comes to buying my stuff. :rolleyes:
