Its been sometime that I had logged back in here. Came back to say thanks to all. Parking Eye never came back to my last appeal letter, so that's as good as dead. Thanks very much to all the forum members who have helped to get this resolved. You guys are brilliant!

Thanks for update. Most unusual for PE to take things so far, then for the trail to go cold.

You haven't changed address in the intervening period have you? The only other thing I can think of is the BB/EA angle, suggested by Redx, has made your case potentially a bit too hot to handle.
