I've done that but I want to turn it off at the stove0

Sounds like the knob is no longer turning the shaft it should be fixed to. Can you investigate how the knobs are fastened? They usually just pull off. Try pulling off a good one and comparing it to the faulty one. I've read that they can crack. You can get a spare. Just search the internet.
Is it under warranty?0 -
Does the knob come off? If so, perhaps pliers to turn the shaft in the short term?0

The knob comes off , it's extremely loose compared to the others , no it's not under warranty0

If you just need to be able turn off the one ring (the one controlled by the faulty knob), just pull off a good one and replace the broken one with it. Turn it off then put the good knob back where it was. Then get a replacement for the faulty one.0
