Amazon haven't yet sent any £5 codes to Swagbucks, they are delayed.
Swagbucks say "They should be here within the next few days and we will have all accounts credited as soon as possible".

I ordered a £25 one on 13th May and it came in on the 22nd. Thanks for the heads up on the fives, though, I hadn't heard that.
