Further to earlier conversations about the Real Cloud Player offer, got home to a letter from my bank asking me to call about possible fraud. Their systems were triggered when Real tried to debit the £1 charge so they prevented it from being made, which is why I didn't see anything on my account. The points still went through though and have reassured Nationwide it was a legit transaction. They confirmed it's common for companies to do a £1 debit and immediate reversal, just to test the card. Unfortunately, someone who's stolen your card details may try a similar thing, so the systems kicked in and blocked it as it's not a company I usually use.

Has anyone done any of the gold surveys and if so how long did it take to load. I have tried a few times now to take part in these but they never seem to load and l wondered if anyone else had this problem.

They're fine for me now but I seem to remember I had to disable my pop-up blocker on that page to make them work in the beginning, so check that if you haven't already.

Yes, waiting for 2x £5 from 13th and 17th May.

I am waiting on 2 x £5 and £3 ones from various dates in May , the first was due two days ago , they say allow ten working days , I expect the bank holidays have delayed them .
