Me again. Sorry to be a bother. When You click the 'snag this' button does a message pop up saying it's being processed or something? And does your SB amount go down straight away?

I've received a reply saying I should now be ok to redeem but I'm getting the same thing happen as before.

    Thanks again :wall:

You need to verify your order via email they send you.

have the prices changed for everyone? I've just gone to cash out and all the amounts are the same, £100 for 17,999 SB etc. Also, when I go into the sale section there's no paypal, only M&S, hotel voucher and holiday impact... [ETA: prices appear the same on the main rewards and denominations page but if you select a specific reward the prices have been updated]

    ALSO.
For those who cashed out during the sale and then had to wait/are waiting for a postcard to come: You just have to message SB with this information and they will honour the sale price. It won't come up automatically, and it's possibly why that unhelpful customer service person said it wasn't necessary to order it in advance (since ordering in advance is what SB themselves advised users to do - yet staff giving contrary advice and not telling users the above information either)

Even if you had this problem and then cashed out for the non-sale price some time ago, it might still be worth messaging them at this point.

I've messaged them, but still not heard anything back

Thanks for your advice barneydog, discovery mode makes it easier for sure- I just left it on that whilst getting on with some offline stuff.

I don't seem to be able to get the control tab trick to work as when I switch off the page it seems to drop discovery mode and plays the whole video and then the ones in sequence below the screen rather than the ones to the side - if that makes sense. When I return to the page the next video that plays goes back to discovery mode and continues the sequence down the side.

Make sure you've go at least 2 tabs open in your browser including the music encrave, use discover mode and make sure the curser is directly over the actual video then press and hold Ctrl and press tab.

This should work in most browsers but if it doesn't then just run the music encrave in a different browser and use youyr norma browser to do other things, I use Chrome foe encrave and Firefox for everything else.

This used to happen to me when using Firefox and now I use Chrome and the tabbing out works.

You can also use Ctrl T to open a new tab rather than tabbing out and then keep using the same browser for something else.

Just double check it's running properly before leaving it for long periods of time.
