Interesting.
I normally use Firefox and haven't had a problem but recently did a survey which insisted I use either IE or Chrome and afterwards I think there was something not quite right (but it was probably blocked by my settings).

Sooo, do I have to wait for a postcard to arrive before I can redeem anything?

I previously emailed Swagbucks about this to do it early and was told it wasn't necessary, but I've just gone to redeem the Paypal and my SB amount hasn't gone down so has it not worked without this postcard? :mad:

I'm confused....

Same thing happened to me, I wanted a JL gift card when it was on sale but when I went to redeem had to wait for the postcard and by the time I got it the sale was over. I thought when I entered the pin it would order it perhaps but it just said my order hadnt been processed

I've never received a postcard - I have it set up where I have to answer a security question when I exchange my Swagbucks. I can't remember how I set it up, though.

When you go into the music encrave make sure you click the 'Discovery Mode' as soon as it appears (top left of the page), when you've done that place your cursor over the video - it will then run through the first part of each video itself, a full run of all the videos takes 15 to 20 minutes

If you want to you can 'control tab' to a different browser page once the first video starts so you can do something else and it will still continue to run

There's nothing on Swagbucks about it, it normally takes a couple of weeks

Thanks for your advice barneydog, discovery mode makes it easier for sure- I just left it on that whilst getting on with some offline stuff.

I don't seem to be able to get the control tab trick to work as when I switch off the page it seems to drop discovery mode and plays the whole video and then the ones in sequence below the screen rather than the ones to the side - if that makes sense. When I return to the page the next video that plays goes back to discovery mode and continues the sequence down the side.

I have the same I now just answer a security question to verify or if prefer can respond to email they send to your email address however the very first time you place an order you do now need the PIN they send you on a postcard think this is a relatively new security procedure maybe you didn't need it when you set yours up Tiffany.

Oooh, I'm committing the online no-no of quoting yourself. I'm sorry:o

I think you can set this up by going into My Settings and then Account Details. You have a choice of questions and you give an answer to one - when you redeem your SBs you are asked your security question, simply fill in the answer.

I joined Swagbucks 18th September but didn't redeem points for my first reward until mid October I think they just introduced the new PIN security feature around about that time, I'm sure I will be corrected by someone if I'm wrong
