I cashed out at £10 only because I stopped being able to receive the email from them each week to claim my point. Now I need to find out how to delete it off my phone.

Me again. Sorry to be a bother. When You click the 'snag this' button does a message pop up saying it's being processed or something? And does your SB amount go down straight away?

I've received a reply saying I should now be ok to redeem but I'm getting the same thing happen as before.

When I clicked the 'snag this' button I had to verify my email address and answer a security question. My SB was deducted straight away.

It was the first time I've ever redeemed.

Can't get over how much quicker the Android apps are than iOS! I have snagged my other half's phone to use in the evenings for the extra points, as SB won't even reply as to when iOS get all 4 apps as promised!

ALSO.
For those who cashed out during the sale and then had to wait/are waiting for a postcard to come: You just have to message SB with this information and they will honour the sale price. It won't come up automatically, and it's possibly why that unhelpful customer service person said it wasn't necessary to order it in advance (since ordering in advance is what SB themselves advised users to do - yet staff giving contrary advice and not telling users the above information either)

Even if you had this problem and then cashed out for the non-sale price some time ago, it might still be worth messaging them at this point.
