There is advertising on SBTV when you watch it on a normal laptop. It lasts 20 seconds or so. You can block it with an addon however.

It's precisely because they can't detect cheating that well that they assume if you are watching a lot of SBTV you must be cheating, and so users like scorpiosteve gets hassled by compliance.

Surely it's clear that watching 500 videos in a day is suspicious? Manually it would take several hours and all you get is about 75p.

Watching too much SBTV is actually the only thing I can personally recall people on MSE posting that they've been banned for. IIRC some people get banned from like certain walls and stuff, but it's the only thing that posters have claimed to be dumped off Swagbucks completely for. Although other people here may remember other stuff?

On SBTV at the moment there are Lego Duplo adverts, Carphone Warehouse adverts, XBox one adverts.
If you can't see them it might be due to an ad blocker.

Using ad blockers will get you banned on Swagbucks.

SBTV abuse is what I've seen people saying they were banned for.

Nothing has changed on my laptop - I used to see the 'rim cleaner' ads but now I don't get anything. I only have McAfee on Windows 7 - like I say I used to get them but now I don't. Hopefully they will not ban me as I'm not actively blocking anything.

Woohoo! Just did Dashboard survey 343921 for 43 SB.

It says it takes 20 min but only took about 3 min and credited instantly!

Actually I've had the same thing happen to me.

I used to get a lot of ads on SBTV but not seen any lately, either on my work pc or my home pc. Nothing has changed on my system at all mind you!
