I'm sure this has been asked before but I cannot find the question and the subsequent answer. I had sportly tv on my phone and it worked in silent mode but have now downloaded the app to an old android phone as it was using too much battery on my current phone. However it now plays on my old android but with full volume which is annoying. I am sure there must be some way to turn the sound off but cannot find out how. Does anyone have the answer please?

On my Nexus phone there are two volume meters. One is the ringing volume and one is the apps volume. Make sure you open the app and then turn the volume down inside the app!

But I cannot find any volume control on the app itself. I have been looking for that.
