I started swagbucking at the end of September and have cashed out £15 Amazon vouchers so far
It's great for me as I'm a uni student and am not allowed to get a job alongside my studies because of health reasons so doing the odd survey to get the giftcards helps to pay for small things like shampoo etc.
I was wondering how much you guys make a day/a month?
Also, as it takes a *long-ish* time to build up the sb, and the payout is probably less than minimum wage eg. over an hour for the £5 giftcard, how do you justify spending your time to do it? Or do you mainly use the background applications like sbtv?
Hope that final question makes sense and doesn't come across as rude, I'm just wondering if I'm missing something by spending about an hour a day for 4-5 days to get around 900sb.

I get an average of £50 a month. But then I don't sit in front of the pc all day doing SB, I just do the bare minimum to hit targets using SBTV, (in the past radio), surveys, Mobile apps, and tasks. This is way below minimum wage but as I'm doing it on spare time, I think it's ok!!0 -
With sbtv what is the best way to go about doing it? I watch all the 10 videos but this takes around 20/30 mins for 3sb. Haven't got the hang of it yet!0

You can jump to the next video after about 30 seconds - just look at the counter - once it goes up, move on although this may not be seen by swagbucks to be in the spirit of the scheme so maybe don't do it all the time.
So if you want to watch the videos in full, go the the entertainment and comedy ones - they are shorter.0 -
Okay - Will do. Thank you0

I do not think swagbucks is a real money maker. Its just something that maybe should be done in between other things or whilst watching tv/baby sitting etc. You might make a bit on surveys at first but they dry up after a while and you don't really want to be joining every offer under the sun as you will be spammed to death and some will cost you.
I'm a bit OCD but even I am starting to pull back the amount of time I spend doing this as its not as worthwhile as it was. The Radio loyalty used to pay 6SB every 30 mins and that was an easy way of getting them with minimum attention - now its 1SB every 40 mins. Seriously devalued.
I think the most economical way to use swagbucks (IMHO) is to just do enough to get you to your first bonus (~100) each day so you take advantage of the 10% bonus and the winstreak bonus.
You should be able to do this by
Use the apps (number of apps x 18 SB per day)
Play a game 10 times (10 SB per day)
Daily Poll/No So/Toolbar (4 SB per day)
Couple of the red box videos (4 SB day)
Couple of searches (~16SB per day if you are only occasionally doing the search - don't spend all day refreshing!)
Couple of ''Unruly Carousel' videos on Super Rewards wall (3 SB per day)
Top up with SBTV to get daily goal amount.
Or you could just do a couple of surveys which personally I hate but up to you. You will make 'beer' money but this is no means a good use of time compared with getting a normal job.0 -
Anyone else getting a "network error - No Network connection available!" when trying to watch videos on Sportly app on iphone? Was working yesterday.
Lifestylz app works and got my 18 SB on that this morning but having trouble with the other one..0
