I've also been waiting for a £25 amazon card since the 28/09
I queried it today, but reading your message I'm thinking that they might be "out of stock" and waiting for new codes.
I shall let you know when they reply

Contact them and ask why you haven't got it and when will you get it.

I had wondered why the £25 Amazon voucher I'd ordered on the 3rd of September hadn't arrived since I've always got them within 5 days but my 10 working days aren't up yet.

I'll now switch to different value ones till it gets sorted.

I ordered a £15 Amazon voucher on the 6th & still waiting (not as long as you lot, but still longer than usual so may be all amounts?)

Further to my post earlier about my £25 Amazon Gift Card order submitted on 28th Sept I have just attempted to put in a ticket with support and when I clicked on Amazon Gift Card as my query it opened a box stating please allow 10-14 business days for Amazon Gift Cards.

It looks like Amazon eGift Card vouchers are taking longer than the usual 10 business days at the moment. I will give it a further 4 days to see if I receive it if not contact them.

I have several Amazon Gift Cards ordered for £5 in the pipeline too which are approaching 10 business days in a day or two will see if they arrive on time.
