    I'm new to Swagbucks and I'm hoping someone else has had the same problem and knows how to fix it? - every time I click onto the survey dashboard button it comes up with a box of pink writing saying 'sorry we could not locate your details. Please sign up to take surveys.'

    Any ideas? I'm running a Mac if that makes any difference.

    Have you filled in your Survey Profiles first? Go to Answer on top line of page, then Paid Surveys, then Survey Profiles bottom right. You get 2 SBs for each section, and then the system knows what surveys are a good fit for you. Simples!

    Same here i put a ticket in after about half an hour as long as you got the email they will pay up :)
