Swagbucking into 2014

anyone else played these games on Supersonic that say " play for 2 minutes" to get 3 SWB?

I've played them for over 5 minutes (some games actually have timers in them so you KNOW you've gone over 2 mins)

It says wait 15 minutes to post but its been over an hour now and not showing in my account.

For games without timers in them its tricky to know how long 2 mins is but either way I'm not seeing the SW in my account - anyone have any experience/ tips?

Sorry I'm new to swagbucking but like some other posts today I have done two daily surveys and not received any credit.

A few of you have said that you have raised a ticket about this-please can you let me know how this is done so that I can do the same.

Swagbucks have manually credited my account, but I'm getting the standard response from them too- sometimes surveys take longer to credit, blah, blah. I've replied and said I don't think this is the issue cos if you read the boards it's affecting USA as well. As usual SB UK can't be bothered to reply to anything!
