For me it was also a Peanut Labs survey for 50 SBs though as other people have said they have done it more than once it may be available elsewhereDon't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive0 -

Help!!! I did a survey on the labelling of Mayonnaise this morning. It said I had 'completed successfully', but when I checked to see if I had the points in 'my SBs', it said DQ and 1SB!!! I put in a claim at once, and they have given me 15 SBs, but the survey was more. Did anyone else do it? And if so, please can you tell me how many SBs, as I want to try again.
Fingers crossed!
No, the powers that be say there is no record that I completed the survey, so I must have been DQ'd before the end. But I KNOW I got a screen saying completed successfully. I guess I should always keep a copy of the final page. How do you clever people do this? Any hints much appreciated!:D0 -
First copy the URL - the web addres,s F6 works in some browsers but not all, I paste that to a text editor but you can use anyhing fairly simple but save it.
Secondly use 'Print Screen - the button to the right of F12 on most keyboards, this copies your computer screen to the clipboard then save a a jpg (put your own filename for it here), you may need to crop it it any picture editor
Next there is a part of the contact detail where it offer a option to upload an image (it says 'Chose a file to upload' on a grey background) click that and navigate to where you've store it on your computer and highlight it and click.
Fill in the rest of the form and submit itDon't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive0 -

just take a screenshot of the "congratulations" page
if you are on a computer running windows 8, you can press the windows key + the "prt sc" key and it will do it automatically and save it in a folder named "screenshots" in your pictures folder0 -
